We offer carriage sizes that accommodate 4, 6, 9, or 12 guests. 

Carriage Policies

Guests are welcome to bring their own blankets, snacks, and drinks with lids to enjoy during the ride. 

Please Note: All bookings are non-refundable. For weather related concerns, please refer to our Inclement Weather Policy below. 

Cancellations & Refunds

All reservations and add-ons are non-refundable. Once booked, your carriage, date, and time are held exclusively for you and cannot be rebooked for other guests.

Changes or cancellations cannot be made by calling Threejays Carriages. All modifications must be completed through the Customer Portal.

Changes or Cancellations Within 4 Days of Your Reservation
Changes and cancellations are not permitted within 4 days of your scheduled ride. If you cancel, attempt to reschedule, or do not arrive for your ride within this period, you will be responsible for the full cost of your original reservation, including all applicable fees, even if you reschedule your ride to a future date or time.

If you are unable to attend, we recommend having a friend or family member use your reservation in your place.

Changes More Than 4 Days Before Your Reservation
If it is more than 4 days before your scheduled reservation, you may make changes through the Customer Portal. All changes or cancellations made during this window are subject to a 50% change/cancellation fee.

If you need assistance with a change:

  1. Book a new reservation for your desired date and time.

  2. Immediately email CANCELLATIONS using the email address provided on your confirmation. Emails sent to any other address will not be accepted.

  3. In your email, include:

    • Name on the reservation to be canceled

    • Date of the reservation to be canceled

    • Time of the reservation to be canceled

    • Vehicle type

    • Reservation/booking number

Our team will then cancel the original reservation and apply the applicable change fee.

Why This Policy Exists
Our carriage rides are in high demand and often sell out. When a reservation is canceled within 4 days of the scheduled ride, the carriage cannot be rebooked, similar to unused or transferred tickets for concerts or theater events. For this reason, all reservations and add-ons remain non-refundable, and our change windows are strictly enforced.

Inclement Weather

Texas weather is unpredictable, and Threejays Carriages may need to cancel reservations if conditions become unsafe. Even if the weather appears acceptable at the time of your scheduled ride, we must consider conditions for the entire evening, as well as the safety of our horses, drivers, and out-of-town guests. If we determine that weather is inclement and your ride must be canceled, Threejays Carriages will make every effort to notify you using the contact information provided at the time of booking. We are not responsible for any failure to reach you if the phone number or email on your reservation is incorrect or inaccessible. No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations. You may rebook your reservation for a future date, and no additional credits or compensation will be provided. Additional reservation times may be offered as availability allows.

The policies and procedures for changing or canceling a reservation apply regardless of weather conditions. Even if inclement weather is forecasted, changes or cancellations are not permitted within four (4) days of your scheduled reservation. Threejays Carriages follows a structured process for evaluating weather on the day of your ride and will notify you if we must cancel due to unsafe conditions. If your reservation is canceled by Threejays Carriages due to weather, you will be contacted and provided with rescheduling options. No fees or penalties will be applied in this case. However, if you attempt to change or cancel your reservation within four (4) days of your ride due to predicted weather concerns, you will be responsible for the full cost of your original reservation in addition to the cost of any new reservation you book.

Do You Provide Bathrooms

Yes! We’ve partnered with Sadelle’s, conveniently located right next to our pickup area, to provide all Threejays guests with clean, accessible restroom facilities.

Meeting Location

Highland Park Village is located at the intersection of Mockingbird Lane and Preston Road in Dallas. For directions, please visit www.hpvillage.com or use the map below. All rides begin at the Carriage Station, conveniently located in the southeast corner of the Village near Preston and Livingston, next to Sadelle’s.

We encourage guests to arrive early for a stress-free experience and to allow time to secure parking. Highland Park Village provides complimentary valet parking inside the Village, and additional parking is available across Mockingbird Lane.

Please plan to check in approximately 30 minutes before your reservation. This will give you time to take care of any last-minute details and meet your party. Look for our Manager of Guest Services or an Assistant at the Check-In Podium located beside Sadelle’s.

Photographs

We encourage guests to take their own photos and videos throughout the ride—it’s all part of the magic!

In addition, we provide complimentary professional photos. A photographer from Admire Productions will be available as you board your carriage to capture a memorable shot of you and your group. Your digital photo will be sent to the email or phone number we have on file, and you retain full rights to the image. Feel free to save it, print it, or share it with as many friends and family members as you’d like.

Pricing & Availability

Threejays Carriages does not provide ride service in the City of Dallas, we are Reservation Only in Highland Park, Texas. Pricing for our services begin at $250 depending on the size of the vehicle, party and location/destination of service. Policies & City Requirements

Zero Tolerance Policy: We do not allow drug or alcohol use by employees. If one of our employees is suspected of being “under the influence,” please report instance to Threejays Carriages.. These situations will be handled immediately.

Complaints: If there is a need to register a complaint with the City, you may do so at the Department of Transportation Regulation Division. Their phone number is 214-670-3161 or by fax at 214-670-6968 OR you may dial 311 to file the complaint.
